At Loch Lomond Distillery, we take great pride in the quality of our spirits; if your order is damaged or incorrect, we offer a 14-day return window for unopened products. Please note that due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on bottles that have been opened or consumed.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our customer care team with your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return the item.
- 2.Documentation
Provide photographic evidence of any damage or shipping errors within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.
- 3.Secure Packaging
Carefully repackage the unopened bottle in its original protective transit packaging to prevent breakage during the return journey.
- 4.Return Shipment
Affix the provided return label and drop the package off at an authorized courier location for tracked delivery back to our distillery.
